Admissions Overview
GH Schools opens admissions twice each year — in January and July — for both Certificate and Diploma programs.
Applicants may purchase forms at the school's reception or apply online through our admissions portal. Completed forms should be submitted manually with all required documents.
Shortlisted applicants will be scheduled for an interview and issued Admission Letters upon successful screening.
Certificate-Level Admissions
- Applicants with 6 WASSCE passes or higher may enter Certificate 2 / Advanced Certificate level.
- Applicants without 6 passes or JHS holders may enter Certificate 1.
- Applicants with no academic certificate are advised to begin with a Proficiency Course.
Diploma Admissions
- Minimum of 3 passes (D7 or better) in relevant subjects is required.
- A Diploma grants access to Level 100 programs.

Completed application form
WASSCE / SSSCE / A-Level / Diploma certificates
Ghana Card or Birth Certificate
Two (2) passport-sized photos
Proof of payment for admission form

- 1 Purchase and collect application form (online or at front desk)
- 2 Fill and return completed forms with all required documents
- 3 Schedule your placement / interview date
- 4 Receive your Admission Letter if successful
- 5 Pay Admission Fee & School Fees
- 6 Attend Orientation
- 7 Participate in Matriculation
Important Notes
Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.
All documents must be submitted before advertised deadlines.
Transfer students must present full academic transcripts from their previous institution.
